Meeting in a Memo

This video is for a principal who needs to touch base with her faculty but understands that commitments in the spring make it difficult for everyone to be available for an in-person meeting after school.  I used spring agenda items and the information specifics and turned it into a format that could be shared via video.  Important times, dates, reminders and events were presented in the video, and since it was all informational, it works without the staff having to meet in person. 

I started by writing a script based on the agenda. Next, I matched as many scenes as possible with the message of those items then I recorded the audio and matched it with the scenes. I used Vyond to create the video. Audio was recorded using voice memo then added to the video and edited.
